Windows bootup hanged after installed Google Talk Plugin

Recently I have installed Google Talk Plugin. When I boot up my Windows 7 Again,

the machine hanged right after seeing the desktop.

The solution is that:

1) Boot into Safe Mode

2) Press Start button and type in Restore Point

3) Go to the recent restore point that will erase the Google Talk Plugin Setting

4) It works!

I want Google to check about this problem!
