[Windows 7] IE hang on Website found waiting for reply

Recently, I found my IE hang on a message: "Website found waiting for reply...". I suspected that it is due to the recently updated of software. I solved it by using the following simple steps:

1. Press the Start Button
2. Type in: Restore system files and setting from a restore point
3. Choose this option
4. Then restore it to the last updated restore point.

After rebooting the machine and router, I can connect to the Internet again.
