The paper asked me, what are the three potential problems of using online office?

1.the document might leak out
2.once the network connection is lost, the work will lost too.
3.The online office might not allow the user to create marcos which can help the user’s working progress.
Am I right?
Another question. India helps the companies in USA to do some office services in both batch- processing mode and real-time processing mode.
I answered:
Batch-processing mode:
The companies in USA send the bills to the india companies. Then the companies in india will calculate the income and expenses for the companies in USA and generate some reports in a month or a year.
Real-time processing mode:
The india companies help the companies in USA to manage the resources. The india companies help the companies in USA to calculate the funding remaining in the companies and materials left in the company for production.
Am I right?
Last question:
What are the advantages and disadvantages of converting a presentation
file(containing videos) to a PDF file?
Advantages: the PDF will show exactly the same content and position as the presentation file which can prevent the viewers using different software view a different format of the presentation contents.
Disadvantages: the videos cannot be played.

For Question 6, I also struggled a while for either A or D. This question is quite difficulty I think. I choose D mainly based on I have strong
ReplyDeletecommon sense that DNA related calculation (analysis) is very computational intensive. Also I infer "transportation management" to "logistic", and I remembered during my study of algorithm in the university, any algorithm relating to logistic is quite difficult to find a perfect solution. Therefore, D has higher chance than A. Right....this is one of the question I feel not comfortable when I give my answer.
